After a fan snapped an unwanted pic of him getting into his Bentley in Miami, Mr. DUMB N of the day, Chris Bown decided the best course of action was to roll down his window, snatch the phone out her hands and say, “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”

He could have at least just deleted the picture, but no, he drove off with the expensive smart phone. Well, Shanae Spann went straight to the police and now Brown has been charged with “one count of Robbery by Sudden Snatching.”

Chris, Chris, Chris get your dumb young ass in anger management before you end up in prision.  Rihanna run girl, grab your wigs and run as far as you can, this boy just won’t STOP the madness.

Producer The-Dream has revealed it was Rihanna’s idea to include Chris Brown on the BIRTHDAY CAKE REMIX.

The Umbrella singer risked a backlash by collaborating with her abusive ex-boyfriend on the controversial single, which she debuted online on her 24th birthday on Monday.

The HOT HOT HOT DUET has been criticised by fans and critics alike but The-Dream, who wrote the song, insists Rihanna knew exactly what response she would provoke by inviting Brown to contribute vocals.

He tells RapFix Live: “At the end of the day, she’s my friend, so whatever she wants to do is whatever she wants to do… (She said) ‘I think I’m gonna put Chris on it,’ (and I told her) ‘I don’t know which Chris you FUCKING talkin’ about, (but) OK, cool, whatever you say.’

“She’s pretty smart too. The same questions that went through my mind, and I’m an artist also, had to have gone through hers. When she raised the question to me, I know she’s not crazy. So my thought was you’ve been thinking about this, you’ve already thought it out, so evidently you know what reaction you gonna get.”

The-Dream also praises Rihanna for forgiving Brown, and encourages music fans to do the same.

He adds: “Don’t say you know how to forgive when you don’t. Everybody knows what took place, cool. Have the power to really forgive if that’s what it is, if not stay on that side of the fence from the beginning. It’s easy to kinda throw Chris under the bus all the time, but c’mon, man. OK, we get it.”

After a health scare in January, and another last week, involving blood clots in his lungs, Nick Cannon is easing up on his hectic schedule.

The “America’s Got Talent” host (whose credits also include actor, DJ, radio personality and rapper) announced that he’s stepping down from his post as host of the “Rollin’ with Nick Cannon” show on New York’s 92.3 radio station. Friday is his last day.

“A bitter sweet morning. I have to stop my radio show. Doctors orders,” Cannon posted to his Twitter account Friday morning. “The Doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don’t slow down and stop working so hard then it’s a wrap!”

Cannon said last month that he planned to slow down after he was hospitalized shortly after the New Year and treated for a “mild kidney failure.”

When he returned to work two weeks following his health scare, he explained “mild kidney failure” meant that his kidneys weren’t functioning properly, but that he was “back and feeling 100 percent.”

A father of nine-month-old twins with Mariah Carey, Cannon told his radio audience at the time, “I was always [taught] the harder you work, the more you can accomplish, but because of this situation, I know that I don’t need to go too hard.”

But it seems he didn’t back off the gas as much as he needed to. On Wednesday’s radio show, Cannon explained that he’d been in the hospital over the weekend of February 10.

“It was quite serious, I didn’t even know. I was actually trying to downplay it a lot, even in my own mind, and not go to the hospital because I was having a lot of pain in my back. I thought it was the typical kidney pain that I had been experiencing, but thought it was a little bit heightened,” he said. “But I actually learned through going to the hospital and [taking] tons of tests, that I actually had two blood clots in my lungs. And because of the blood clots in my lungs, I also had an enlarged ventricle in my heart. The right side of my heart was enlarged.”

As a result, Cannon says in a statement on 92.3’s website Time to put the car in cruise control,” Cannon posted to that “under doctor’s orders, I have been asked to put my health first and cut back on some of my professional commitments in order to allow my body to get the rest that it needs to keep up with my multi-tasking schedule.”

That means he’ll no longer host the “Rollin'” morning show on 92.3, but he will still host his weekend show, “Cannon’s Countdown.”

“I guess I can’t drive at 200 mph for the whole road trip, his Twitter account Friday. “Even Super Man had to sleep!”

On if it’s hard this time around to be a perfectionist this time around: ”Actually, I’m writing 10 times quicker that I wrote the first album because I’m a lot more confident in who I am. The music is pretty much done, but we may hold the album back a bit so that things are done perfectly as opposed to being rushed, in terms of promotion.”

On if she’s intimidating: “I would say that people are cautious of the way they come to me. I’m just about my business. So when I meet people, it doesn’t matter how big of a celebrity they are, I maintain who I am. I maintain respect for myself. I’d rather people be intimidated than to be too comfortable.”

On reinventing herself: ”I’m always switching it up, so when I finally finished the tours and I came home and I relaxed, I just started feeling a certain way. And depending on my mood is when I change my hair up. And it just happens to coincide with the new album. But it wasn’t something that we said, ‘Hey, new album coming out we have to reinvent ourselves,’ because everyday is a reinvention.”

As always been the case with Rihanna, just as fans are digesting a “new” album, she announces that its follow up is on its way.

So it should come as no surprise that despite releasing ‘Talk That Talk’ in November 2011, she has contacted Brit producers Chase’N’Status, in a bid to kick off a brand new project.

Chase’N’Status talked on the Brit Awards red carpet, stating that they have already caught up with Rihanna in the recent months in discussion for working on new material.

Seeing as ‘Talk’ has only sold around 650k since November and has failed to spawn another No.1 single after “We Found Love,” we’re not surprised RiRi is so eager to overshadow it with a new album.

Somebody call the paramedics … because Drake just got BURNED — courtesy of rap legend DMX, who claims he can’t stand ANYTHING about the young MC … right down to the kid’s haircut.

DMX stopped by Power 105.1 in New York today where he unloaded on the rapper — claiming, “I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his voice. I don’t like what he talks about. I don’t like his face. I don’t like the way he walks. I don’t like his haircut.”

X doesn’t elaborate on the source of his hatred — but insists he’s cool with Drake’s mentor Lil Wayne … whose Young Money label signed Drake in 2009.

DMX also bashes Rick Ross — saying, “He just talks about eating too much. How much can a nigga  eat?”
